What You'll Do

Essential Functions:

As an intern, you will work directly with the Loan Services team and learn how to:

Daily Responsibilities

* Learn processes and systems used in servicing DCU's consumer loan portfolio.

* Support the Loan Research team by assisting with daily workflow tasks within established service levels.

* Help process member‑related research items such as payment corrections, service requests, and loan inquiries.

* Gain exposure to quality control activities, including report review and audit‑related tasks.

* Assist with departmental emails, mail processing, and documentation updates.

* Collaborate with team members across the Loan Services Department to understand end‑to‑end loan operations.

What You'll Need

* Ability to commit to one of the full internship program periods:
May 18 through August 14 or June 1 through August 21

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

As an Intern, You Will
