Overview: At Atlas Travel & Technology Group, our purpose is to Stand-Up, Stand-Out. To do something every day that makes the next day better for all. We value creativity to build new paths forward, collaborate respectfully, have the drive to get up and do it, open ourselves to grow, do what we say, love what we do, and have fun along the way.

This is who we are, our culture.

As the Financial Solutions Lead, you will sit at the critical intersection of product infrastructure, core finance operations, and go-to-market strategy. You will serve as the architect for our financial data pipelines, ensuring accuracy from transaction capture to ledger posting, while acting as the bridge between our finance and engineering teams. You will own the product roadmap for our internal financial tooling, automating manual workflows, maintaining rigorous data integrity, and translating complex financial needs into scalable, automated technical solutions that support our growth and product innovation.

The Financial Solutions Lead will be required to travel to our HQ in Marlborough MA on occasion.

Success in this role is defined by the stability and scalability of our financial systems. • Establish performance metrics, validation rules, and exception-handling frameworks to maintain system reliability and data security.
Product Roadmap & Workflow Automation

  • Act as the primary bridge between finance and engineering teams, translating accounting requirements into clear technical specifications.
  • Own and drive the financial product roadmap to align technical infrastructure with company objectives.
  • Provide commercial input by translating complex financial and operational mechanics into quantifiable benefits for sales and marketing, serving as the source of truth for our financial products.

  • Act as a sales engineer during high-stakes client engagements, translating internal product capabilities into bespoke financial solutions for prospective partners.
Risk & Compliance Management
