Smith & Wilkinson has partnered with Main Street Bank to conduct a search for a Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending Team Leader.

Reporting to the EVP, Chief Lending Officer, the Team Leader will lead and manage a team of Commercial Loan Officers and Portfolio Managers, guiding them toward the commercial loan origination, deposit growth, and loan referral goals set out in the Bank's Business Plan. The Team Leader will also personally handle the Bank's most complex credits and most financially sophisticated borrowers.
