Freight Pay Specialist Co-op

• Perform analyses, reporting, and reconciliation related to accurate, on-time freight payments
• Work closely with Freight Payment Leadership and internal and external partners on root cause analysis of invoicing errors
• Evaluate error trends and solutions by mode, service, operation, and location across all carriers/providers
• Update and standardize aggregate freight payment processes
• Ensure freight payment requirements are documented, communicated, and actioned
• Support audit preparation and documentation
• Work cross-functionally on special projects supporting capacity and network expansions
• Support freight team leadership
• Solve freight pay discrepancies
