Provide clear, timely communication to RN about patient observations and changes;
Constant observation of high-risk patients as assigned;
Assist patients with daily living activities and safe moving/transporting;
Take and record vital signs, perform EKGs, POC tests, collect and prepare specimens;
Assist RN/Licensed Practitioner with treatments and procedures and clean up afterward
