Overview
This position offers a salary of $67,000 to $72,000, based on experience and qualifications. Seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home and community-based early intervention services for children birth to 3 years with developmental delays or at risk.
Responsibilities- Conduct assessments
- Develop and implement individualized plans
- Provide direct therapy
- Support families
- Act as a service coordinator
- Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist and ASHA certification or CF eligibility
- Knowledge of early childhood development and family systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation; bilingual skills are a plus
