Physical Therapist Assistant - PTA - Per Diem

A Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) position is now available in our sub‑acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Marlborough, MA
. Once hired as a PTS employee, you may join as many of our PRN rosters at our other locations in the area if you would like.

Facility is a bustling 144‑bed sub‑acute/skilled nursing facility in Marlborough, MA, specializing in the geriatric population in both sub‑acute and long‑term care domains. The rehab gym is large and beautiful, featuring a car simulator, kitchen, practice tub/shower, bathroom, ACP modalities, staircases, parallel bars, high‑low mats, and a standing table. Our expansive interdisciplinary team and great collaboration between disciplines optimize patient outcomes and discharge planning.

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub‑acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team‑working environment.
• Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.

Good Faith Rate Range: $35.00 - $40.00
