SYNERGY Home Care is urgently hiring a male CNA, HHA, or PCA in Marlborough, MA. We are seeking a dependable and compassionate caregiver who can provide quality in-home support and assist a client with daily care needs.

What You'll Do

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environment
• Follow the client's care plan and daily routines
• Communicate client needs or changes to the care team

Qualifications

• Male CNA, HHA, or PCA
• Active certification required
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently in a client's home
• Able to commit to longer shifts as scheduled
