Front Desk Agent - Hampton Inn Marlborough

About the Position

We are currently looking for a Full‑time Front Desk Agent to join our team at the 142‑room Hampton Inn by Hilton in Marlborough, MA. The Front Desk Agent is the face of the hotel and provides superior service to all guests.

• Greeting guests and completing the check‑in / check‑out procedure through the Property Management System while obtaining and storing pertinent information.
• Handling cash, credit card information, and goods at the property.
• Identifying the needs of each guest and providing relevant information regarding hotel services and amenities to create an accommodating environment; responding to all guest requests in a timely manner.
• Taking reservations from incoming callers, inputting all information into the hotel management system, and updating or canceling reservations as requested by the guest.

Open availability and flexibility with schedule. Typical shifts include 7 AM‑3 PM, 3 PM‑11 PM, and 12 PM‑8 PM. Must be able to work weekends and holidays when needed.

• Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Hilton experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Computer knowledge including intranet, Property Management System, Word, and Excel is strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history subject to company approval.

Pay: $19 per hour
