Night Auditor – Full-Time
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Front Desk team as a Night Auditor. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests. While checking in and registering guests, the Front Desk Agent is a source of knowledge about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.
This role serves the key overnight hours where exceptional service and attention to detail are of the utmost importance, typically from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday Typical Days Off:
Tuesday & Wednesday

Your Role- Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking a sincere interest in our guests.
- Check guests in and out, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate guest information is established.
- Help resolve problems and "WOW" guests through service recovery when things aren't quite right.
- Promote and sell special hotel programs and services.
- Interact with hotel staff in a professional manner and assist other departments with necessary information.
- Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and hotel policies.
- Maintain the house bank and follow cash-handling procedures.
- Generate, print, and distribute daily and weekly reports.
- Ensure all Night Audit procedures are followed with great attention to detail.
- Communicate all pertinent information to the Manager on Duty.
- Follow established procedures for posting charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and processing refunds.
- Assist other departments as needed.

Compensation: $20 - $21
