Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Marlborough boasts 230 rooms, 3,500 sq ft of event space, restaurant, and bar. What you will have an opportunity to do:
We are looking for a dependable and team-oriented Van Driver / Banquet Setup Attendant to join our hotel team. This position is responsible for safely transporting guests as needed while also assisting with the setup, breakdown, and maintenance of our banquet and meeting spaces. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, comfortable working independently, and able to provide excellent service to our guests.

• Schedule Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

• Safely transport hotel guests to and from approved destinations.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests throughout their transportation experience.
• Perform basic vehicle safety checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Keep the hotel van clean and presentable.
• Follow all hotel policies, traffic laws, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor.

• Set up meeting and banquet rooms according to event specifications.
