A client of ours is seeking an experienced HRIT Analyst to serve as a global partner to their HR function and provide hands‑on support for Oracle HCM Cloud, with a primary focus on Core HR and Recruiting Cloud (ORC). This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable acting as both a system expert and business-facing advisor.
This is a hybrid role out of Marlborough, MA. (3 days a week Onsite)
- Act as the primary global contact for all Human Resources technology needs and initiatives.
- Deliver day‑to‑day support for users across the organization working within Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
- Investigate technical and functional issues, identify root causes, and recommend or implement effective resolutions.
- Manage system configurations and application setups to support new capabilities and ongoing enhancements.
- Lead test planning and execution for quarterly Oracle Cloud releases, including unit testing and validation of user acceptance testing.
- Produce documentation, training content, and administer training sessions as required for new features or processes.
- Review release notes for quarterly updates and coordinate testing activities with business teams.
- Coordinate communication between HR stakeholders and technical support resources to ensure business requirements are well understood, documented, and reflected in system designs and testing outcomes.
- Serve as a key partner to Payroll regarding integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and ADP.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data such as Benefits, Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, and Learning/Development.
- Deep knowledge of the HCM technology landscape and awareness of HR business needs.
- Ability to configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud applications, specifically Core HR and Recruiting (ORC).
- Experience with Oracle OTBI.
- Familiarity with ADP (Vantage) and its integration points with Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Understanding of industry best practices and current trends in HR technology.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8–12 years of professional experience overall, including at least 4+ years working directly with Oracle HCM Cloud applications, especially Core HR and Recruiting Cloud.
- Demonstrated success providing technical support to end users.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage several projects at once.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS database structure, functionality, and processes, along with experience using database tools.
- Working knowledge of ADP (Vantage) and integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud.
