  Engagement Manager (SaaS/CRM)

  Hybrid, Marlborough MA (2–3 days onsite) after training -- training will be full onsite for first 3 plus months
• Focus:
  Client success, project delivery, and account growth (post-sales relationship + project management blend)
• Salary: $100k - $120k base + ability to make 30k-60k in Bonus

• Acts as the main point of contact for clients after they start using the company’s system.
• Manages projects: timelines, resources, delivery.
• Builds relationships: ensures client satisfaction and continued success.
• Problem-solving: addresses issues between client needs and internal teams.
• Business growth: identifies upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

• Have client-facing experience (Customer Success, Account Manager, Engagement Manager).
• Understand project management or implementations (Software rollouts, CRM, ERP, SaaS projects).
• Have worked in IT Services, SaaS, Consulting, or CRM environments.
• Strong communication + relationship-building skills — this role is less about coding, more about people + process.
