Pay Rate: $50.00 - $52.31/hr on W2 Key Responsibilities
- Develop analytics, dashboards, and business insights to support department goals.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into reports and data solutions.
- Perform ongoing reporting, ad hoc analysis, and trend identification.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Analyze business performance, identify root causes, costs, and improvement opportunities.
- Support data quality audits, reporting optimization, and new analytics initiatives.
- BA + 6–9 years OR MBA + 4–7 years of analytics experience.
- Strong Tableau and Tableau Prep experience.
- Excellent data analysis, reporting, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience creating dashboards, KPIs, and business insights.
