Location: Remote Role
Duration: 10 Months
Pay Range: $50.00 – $54.00/hr on W2
JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a Remote Role seeking a candidate with 3–5 years of experience.
We are seeking a Service Now System Administrator Contractor to support, configure, and maintain the Service Now platform. This role will focus on platform administration, automation, and integration support while working closely with IT and automation teams.
Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Service Now platform
- Build, manage, and support workflows and automations using Flow Designer
- Conduct Service Now instance upgrades and ensure platform stability
- Manage users, roles, permissions, updates, and system configurations
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing operational support
- Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, and integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement platform enhancements and improvements
Required Qualifications
- Service Now System Administrator Certification
- Strong proficiency in Java Script
- Hands-on experience with Service Now Flow Designer (required)
- Service Now Flow Designer Micro Certification
- Power Shell scripting experience
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
- Prior contract or consulting experience
