Pay:
$35-$42/hour (Depending on Experience)

Assignment Length: 1 Year Contract expected to convert after 1 year

Schedule: Hybrid – Onsite Tuesday & Wednesday in Marlborough, MA
The Compliance Privacy Project Analyst will provide administrative and operational support to the Privacy and Compliance organization with a primary focus on managing global Data Subject Requests (DSRs), supporting privacy-related initiatives, maintaining privacy documentation, and coordinating communications across multiple business functions.

This role offers an opportunity to work closely with Legal, HR, IT Security, Risk Assurance, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to support the organization's global privacy compliance program.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage intake, tracking, and coordination of global Data Subject Requests (DSRs), including access, deletion, and other privacy-related requests.
  • Review incoming requests, communicate directly with requestors, and coordinate responses with internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor regulatory deadlines and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant responses.
  • Review documentation for completeness and confidentiality requirements, including redaction of sensitive information when necessary.
  • Maintain and monitor Privacy Team shared mailboxes, ensuring inquiries are routed and resolved appropriately.
  • Support privacy and data protection initiatives across North America, Europe, APAC, and Middle East operations.
  • Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), templates, knowledge base articles, and process documentation.
  • Partner with Legal, Risk Assurance, IT Security, HR, Customer Service, and other departments to support privacy compliance activities.
  • Attend cross-functional meetings, document action items, and track project progress.
  • Conduct research on privacy regulations, compliance requirements, and emerging data protection trends.
  • Support privacy-related projects and special initiatives as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and personal data.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a legal administrative, compliance support, legal operations, privacy support, or related role.
  • Strong experience coordinating documentation, requests, workflows, or case management processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience utilizing SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft collaboration tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting privacy, compliance, legal operations, risk management, or data protection programs.
  • Working knowledge of global privacy regulations and data protection requirements.
  • Experience managing Data Subject Requests (DSRs), records requests, compliance workflows, or case management processes.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy and data protection regulations.
  • Experience supporting global or multinational business operations.

  • Ensure Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, and document management tools are clearly listed.
  • Showcase strong communication, organizational, confidentiality, and project coordination experience.
  • If applicable, highlight exposure to GDPR, CCPA, privacy regulations, or data protection programs.
