The Compliance Privacy Project Analyst is primarily responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Client Privacy team, with a focus on managing global data subject requests (DSRs), administration of the Client Privacy team's global mailboxes, and supporting various privacy and data protection projects as needed. This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week on site in our Marlborough, MA headquarters.
KeyResponsibilities
- Assists with efforts to align with all relevant global privacy and data protection laws in assigned jurisdictions while supporting the Client's global business operations (including North America, Europe, APAC, and the Middle East).
- Manages communications received in Privacy mailboxes from external and internal parties, which includes ensuring timely responses and escalating as needed to appropriate team members.
- Manages intake of global DSRs (e.g., access, deletion) received via Privacy mailboxes, which includes:
- Reviewing requests received and communicating directly with requestors;
- Coordinating responses with internal stakeholders such as HR, Loss Prevention, Customer Services, Legal, and other relevant business teams;
- Reviewing documentation based on DSR standards and redact as necessary before final production;
- Monitoring deadlines to ensure timely and compliant responses; and - Tracking request details in internal systems.
- Updates and manages standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and knowledge base materials.
- Collaborates and coordinates with Associates in various departments throughout the company including Risk Assurance, Legal, and IT Security to gather information, promote the goals of the program, conduct research and assessments, monitor and report progress of projects, and develop drafts.
- Attends periodic meetings on behalf of Privacy Team, tracking privacy-related issues and collaborating with business stakeholders.
- Develops and maintains an understanding of privacy, data protection, and other compliance processes and current issues which includes regular review of articles and websites on developments in privacy, data protection and other compliance related realms, and analysis and discussions about how those developments may impact the company's global privacy compliance program.

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and other Microsoft platform technologies (SharePoint and Teams).
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality as appropriate.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence, collaborate and build effective working relationships with internal partners across the organization.
- Organized with ability to prioritize multiple work streams concurrently.
- Working knowledge of privacy and/or data protection issues, laws, and regulations.
- Experience supporting privacy or data protection programs.
- Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent work experience.
- 5 10 years' experience in a legal, administrative or compliance support role.
