Business Intelligence Development Analyst

Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable insights? As a Business Intelligence Engineer within Hologic's Corporate Quality Management Systems (QMS) function, you'll play a key role in supporting quality data review programs across the organization.

• Deep understanding of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik View, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis methodologies, statistical techniques, and programming languages like SQL, Python, or R.
• Familiarity with corporate IT policies, data protection laws, and secure handling of sensitive information.
• Expertise in database management and data warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and how data contributes to organizational improvement.

• Advanced dashboard development and data visualization skills to create user‑friendly, interactive dashboards.
• Proficiency in data processing, validation, and analysis to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities to resolve data inconsistencies and optimize dashboard functionality.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings and train stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities with strong organizational skills.

• Collaborative and team‑oriented, with a commitment to working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs.
• Detail‑oriented and meticulous in ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

• Master’s degree with 6+ years or Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in dashboard development and data visualization using tools such as Power BI or Qlik View.
• Strong background in data analysis and programming languages like SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize dashboards for usability and performance while adhering to corporate IT policies.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $114,000 - $178,300 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, education, business needs and market demand.
