PositionSummary
Data Manager Engineer/Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 5+ years of experience supporting Power BI, Data Warehousing, ERP, MES, and AI-driven analytics within a manufacturing and distribution environment. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver reporting and data solutions that improve operational performance, supply chain visibility, and executive decision‑making. The ideal candidate has experience integrating data across ERP and MES platforms and leveraging modern BI and AI technologies to drive business insights.
PrincipalDuties and Essential Functions
Develop new business strategies and models, communicate to management and personnel from various departments on how these strategies and models will enhance business efficiency.
Strong experience with Power BI, SQL, data modeling, enterprise data warehouses, and business intelligence reporting.
Experience supporting ERP and MES systems within manufacturing and distribution environments, including production, inventory, supply chain, and warehouse operations.
Knowledge of ETL processes, AI‑powered analytics, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Databricks or similar modern data platforms, along with excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Support data governance, user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, end‑user training, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Performs any other function or responsibility as assigned.
AdditionalRequired Qualifications /Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field with 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
Must be able to work on government contracts.
Must be able to work onsite in Marlborough, MA four times/week, one day remote per week.
