About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Learning Experience Designer tocreate and manage engaging learning solutions supporting Compliance initiatives. This role will develop eLearning, microlearning, videos,multimedia content, and learning communications while partnering with Compliance, Legal, HR, IT, and SMEs.
Responsibilities:- Design sand develops eLearning, microlearning, video, and performance-support materials.
- Manages annual compliance training programs and learning campaigns.
- Translates complex policies and compliance requirements into engaging learning experiences.
- Creates storyboards, scripts, assessments, graphics, animations, and multimedia assets.
- Manages multiple projects, stakeholders, reviews, approvals, and deployments.
- Supports translation/localization and multilingual learning delivery.
- Partners with LMS/technical teams on publishing, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment.
NOTE:
Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents (Green Card holders) to be considered for this position.
Full-time, 9-months contract with possible extension

Work Set Up/Schedule:
Hybrid
-2 days onsite in Marlborough, MA01752 (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and 3 days remote.
- Instructional/Learning Experience Design or corporate training experience.
- Experience developing eLearning, microlearning, video, and multimedia content.
- Translation/localization experience.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with compliance, ethics, legal, risk, or policy training.
- Abilityto manage multiple projects independently
