– Facilities / Global Operations opportunity in Marlborough, MA. Hybrid - 3 days per week in office
Responsibilities for the Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist – Facilities / Global Operations include, but are not limited to:- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFI/RFP development, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and contract execution for Facilities and Operational Services.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies that drive cost savings, supplier optimization, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.
- Analyze global spend data, supplier performance, market trends, and supply chain risks to identify value improvement opportunities.
- Build and manage strategic supplier relationships through performance reviews, governance meetings, contract management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives and support Global Operations.
- Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, service levels, and commercial terms to maximize value and improve supplier performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5–7 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience with a strong focus on Facilities, Operations, or indirect procurement categories.
- Experience leading end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including RFI/RFP management, supplier negotiations, and contract administration.
- Proven experience managing supplier relationships, performance management programs, and sourcing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating spend data, supplier performance, and market trends.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, Ariba, Tableau, or similar procurement systems is preferred.
- Experience utilizing AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar applications is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
