Indirect Sourcing Specialist

Overview

Indirect Sourcing Specialist to join a leading client undergoing a multi-year transformation journey. Facilities/ Global Operations Purpose Statement As a core member of the Indirect Sourcing team the Indirect Sourcing Specialist leads the development and execution of sourcing strategies for assigned categories within Global Facilities that supports client worldwide operations.

• Leading global RFI/RFP processes including development supplier engagement bid analysis and contract negotiations with facility service providers in conjunction with internal stakeholders
• Collaborating with stakeholders to forecast and consolidate demand identify and implement opportunities to reduce demand optimize spend and implement cost reduction initiatives
• Gathering and analyzing global spend data market trends and supply chain risks to identify and implement innovative solutions optimize value improvement opportunities and cost savings
• Managing strategic supplier relationships via performance reviews scorecards and continuous improvement initiatives
• Integrating key pillars of indirect sourcing strategy including cost leadership supplier innovation risk management stakeholder engagement and sustainability
• Negotiating value improvements and optimizing supplier performance

• Bachelors degree in business, supply chain, or related field; equivalent experience considered
• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience with a strong focus on global Facilities/Operations
• Experience with contract negotiation, supplier management, and strategic sourcing methodologies, project planning
• Experience managing global supplier relationships including performance and service optimization
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and value improvement programs
• Effective project management and communication skills;
  Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SAP Ariba or similar systems
• Proficient in AI applications (CoPilot, ChatGPT, Deep Research, etc.)
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels internally and externally
