We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Inventory & Materials Coordinator to manage the ordering, receiving, organization, and accountability of equipment and materials supporting our operations. This is a hands‑on opportunity for someone with a background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Materials Management who wants to build practical experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Order and coordinate delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Receive, inspect, unbox, identify, and inventory incoming equipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure equipment is properly tracked
  • Establish and maintain minimum/maximum inventory levels to ensure materials are available when needed
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders
  • Maintain accountability and traceability of critical infrastructure equipment
  • Organize and maintain inventory locations for efficient access and retrieval
  • Work with purchasing, operations, vendors, and internal teams to resolve material and equipment issues
  • Track equipment movement, deliveries, and transfers
  • Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate documentation and inventory reports
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, organization, and material flow
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or a related field
  • 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Internship, co‑op, or previous experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, purchasing, or materials management is a plus
  • Strong organizational and attention‑to‑detail skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, inventory systems, and basic data analysis
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of inventory and equipment
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Comfortable in a hands‑on environment involving physical materials and equipment
