Housekeeper – UMASS Marlboro

Crothall Healthcare is hiring full and part-time Housekeeper positions at UMASS Marlboro, 157 Union Street, Marlborough, MA 01752. Apply online only.

We are hiring immediately. Requirements:
No experience necessary; willing to train. Shift schedule based on needs. Pay: $16.00–$17.50 per hour.

Perform light cleaning duties to maintain establishments such as hotels, restaurants and hospitals. Duties include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.

• Provides quality customer service with one‑on‑one attention to detail.
• Sweeps, scrubs, mops and polishes floors.
• Vacuums carpets, rugs and draperies.
• Shampoos carpets, rugs and upholstery.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings.
• Cleans metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empties and cleans trash containers.
• Disposes of trash sanitarily.
• Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers.
• Wipes down glass surfaces.
• Makes up beds and changes linens as required.
• Realigns furniture and amenities per layout.
• Responds to guest queries and requests.
• Responds to calls for housekeeping problems (e.g., spills, broken glasses).
• Contributes to team efforts; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow associates and others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
