Communication Technology Services (CTS) is one of the largest integrators and managed service providers in the U.S., specializing in the design, installation, and support of Distributed Antenna System (DAS), Small Cell, and 4G/5G Private Wireless Networks. We are seeking an AI-Enabled Compliance and Records Systems Specialist
to join our
Safety and Human Resources team at our corporate headquarters in Marlborough, MA. This is a full-time, in-office position.

  • Develop consistent document naming, filing, indexing, version control, retention, and archive practices.
Safety and Compliance Support
  • Support CTS’s national DAS, ERRCS, wireless infrastructure, and life safety communications operations.
  • Support the Safety/HR Team with compliance tracking, audit preparation, client requests, and safety documentation.
  • Support prequalification and contractor management platforms, including Avetta, ISNetworld, and other client-required compliance systems.
  • Assist with safety prequalification submissions, client compliance requests, safety questionnaires, training records, insurance-related documents, OSHA logs, EMR/TRIR data, written safety programs, manuals, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with maintaining and organizing CTS safety programs, policies, procedures, forms, manuals, and field support documents.
  • Provide administrative and records support for Safety/ initiatives, audits, incident documentation, corrective actions, training follow-up, and program updates.
