Security Clearance:
Secret, active and existing required on day 1.
- Oversee the development of full lifecycle solutions from CONOPS to Validation
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert within the discipline with advanced to expert knowledge of the work area
- Oversee and perform lab activities including definition, setup, configuration management, and testing
- Ensure Modeling, Hardware, and Software interfaces utilize a scalable ontology
- Oversee and support the integration of solutions within their target environment
- Coach, review, and delegate work of lower-level professionals
- Contribute to the development of discipline goals and planning efforts (Cost and Schedule)
- Influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures
- Manage moderately sized projects or processes
- Manage the entrance and exit criteria of Design Reviews, Integration, Dry Run, and Formal Qualification Testing
- Review, moderate, and document major changes in systems or processes to solve difficult and often complex problems
- Analyze and document system behaviors
- Support system trade studies, requirements analysis, allocation to subsystems
- Strong integration and test experience including test procedure development, test execution, test reporting, and test automation
- Knowledge of or application of Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
- Proficiency in tooling including Microsoft products or tasking boards (Jira, IBM EWM, etc.)
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance required prior to start date
- U.S. citizenship required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Typically requires a STEM degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
- Experience in Communication Radio and Systems: SATCOM, LOS/BLOS, AEHF, PTW, or V/UHF
- Experience in Environmental Qualification Testing (EQT)
- Proficiency in tooling including CAMEO, Rhapsody
- Experience in proposal support including writing Basis of Estimates (BOEs)
- Experience in System Level Integration, Verification, and Validation (IV&V) for ground, ship, submarine, or airborne platforms
- Experience in Virtual Machine design and deployment
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) and ability to effectively communicate with IPT leaders, hardware and software development engineers, specialty engineers, program managers, and customers

Salary Range: 107,500 USD — 204,500 USD, based on experience and other factors.
