Sartorius has an onsite position available for a Production Operator based at Marlborough, MA. In this position, you will be responsible for providing the products in the requested quantity, quality and time limit based on the orientations set by the shift leader/team leader.
** What you will accomplish together with us:
*** Adhere to all production floor and safety protocols including good hygiene, gowning requirements, and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Set up, operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment used in the manufacturing process.
* Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality.
* Ensure timely execution of production tasks to ensure product quality.
* Handle delicate components and intricate tasks with accuracy.
* Realize the production rates given by the shift leader/team leader.
* Accurately complete daily logs and production reports.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant legal requirements including OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
* Record and report any deviations from quality standards.
* Collaborate with the quality assurance team to implement corrective actions when necessary.
* Other duties as assigned.

* Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
* Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment which requires to handle chemicals and adhere to PPE requirements.

Compensation for this position will be a base salary between $19.00 and $27.00 per hour depending upon experience and qualifications.
