Manufacturing Scheduler – Engineering Rapid Build Services (ERBS)

This role requires daily interaction with cross‑business teams to achieve cost, quality, schedule, and safety goals.

• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities using RTX CORE and lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Plan and establish production schedules.
• Monitor material inventories, track production progress, and review factors affecting schedules.
• Prepare and maintain production reports to identify and resolve performance problems.
• Organize and arrange delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite flow of materials and meet production schedules.

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SAP, PRISM, CMES, and/or Wavetrak.
• Experience with data entry using business system tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued secret security clearance.
