Machine Operator

Sartorius has an onsite position available for a Machine Operator based at Marlborough, MA. In this position, you will possess good mechanical aptitude and be an active member of the team responsible for providing products to our customers in the Biotech and Pharmaceutical sectors, in the requested quantity, quality and time limit based on the targets set by the shift leader/team leader.

The goal is to ensure work is completed to required timescales, output and quality targets.

• Perform high quality build in an efficient manner
• Conduct a defined process accurately
• Maintain the production documentation record correctly and up to date
• Support the Team Leader to maintain the efficiency of the cell(s)
• Maintain lean manufacturing philosophies during the implementations

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1+ year(s) experience of working in a technical manufacturing, production or assembly environment
• Good knowledge in mechanical assembly techniques
• Proven mechanical fault‑finding skills
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• Good knowledge of quality, cost, efficiency and safety
