Packaging Associate

Marathon Staffing is seeking a dependable Packaging Associate to support light industrial operations for our clients. In this role, you will assemble, package, and label products according to work orders while maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and safety. Responsibilities include inspecting items, operating basic packaging equipment, and preparing finished goods for shipment. You'll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that values respect, reliability, and clear communication, with opportunities to learn production processes and contribute to efficient, on-time order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package products according to work orders and specifications
• Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy
• Label, seal, and prepare finished goods for shipment
• Operate basic packaging equipment and tools safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
