About the role:

Boston Scientific isseekinga strategic,collaborative and results-driven communications leader to serve as director, HR and Culture Communications. Reporting to the Vice President,Global Corporate Communications, this role is the senior communications advisor to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and HR Leadership Team (HRLT) and a member of the Global Corporate Communications Leadership  Team.

In partnership with HR,corporate communications and business leaders, this rolesets the strategic direction for HR communications, leads and develops a high-performing team, and drives measurable impact through clear, compelling and integrated communications thatfurtherstrengthen culture, support business transformation and enhance the employee experience.

Additionally, strong partnership with thecorporatereputation,enterprisecommunicationsand business unit communication steams will ensure an integrated, wholistic approach across internal and external communications and sharedaudiencesandstakeholders

Your responsibilities will include:

• Define and lead the enterprise HR communications strategy,establishing priorities, governance and plans that align with HR,business and corporate communications priorities.
• Serve as the senior communications advisor to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and HR Leadership Team (HRLT), providing strategic counsel on enterprise communications, organizational priorities, business transformation,organizational transformation,workforce issues and other high-impact or sensitive matters.
• Establish the vision, operatingmodeland governance for the HR communications function, ensuring clear priorities, decision-makingframeworksandstandards in alignment with enterprise editorial standards.
• Serve as a member of the Global Corporate Communications Leadership Team,representing the HR communications function and contributing to reputation and?enterprise communications strategies and priority setting.
• Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing HR communications team,building future-ready capabilities andadvancingmodern communications practices, responsible AIadoptionand innovation to strengthen employee engagement and business outcomes.
• Establish communications objectives, metrics and insights to measure effectiveness, informstrategyand continuously improve employee engagement and business outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relationsor a related field
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive communications experience in a corporate or agency environment
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing communications team members
• Proven experience as a senior communications counselor toseniorexecutives, with demonstratedability to advise on high-stakes communications and reputational matters
• Strong background inleadingcommunications strategies within a global and matrixed organization, including governance,prioritization and measurement
