Senior Marketing Manager

Hologic is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution for our instrumentation portfolio in women's health diagnostics and imaging. In this role, you will own go-to-market plans, positioning, and integrated campaigns that drive awareness, demand, and product adoption globally. You will partner closely with product management, sales, clinical, and medical affairs to turn complex technology into clear customer value.

Leveraging market insights and analytics, you will optimize marketing investments and support Hologic's mission to improve women's health worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global marketing strategy for Hologic's instrumentation portfolio in women's health diagnostics and imaging.
• Lead go-to-market planning, including segmentation, positioning, messaging, and launch campaigns for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, clinical, and medical affairs to translate technical features into compelling customer value propositions.
• Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, and field channels to drive demand generation and product adoption.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing plans.
• Develop sales tools, training materials, and content to enable commercial teams and support key customer engagements.
• Track and report on campaign performance, marketing ROI, and portfolio performance, using data to optimize tactics and budgets.
• Guide and mentor junior marketing team members and manage external agencies or vendors as needed.
