Role
Lead global marketing strategy for Repligen’s Chromatography business, including resins and pre-packed columns, with a focus on demand generation, market positioning, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities- develop and implement integrated, multi-channel campaigns
- drive AI integration across marketing workflows to enhance speed, personalization, and efficiency
- analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions
- collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Commercial, Applications)
- manage a small team and oversee marketing KPIs and budgets, leveraging analytics for continuous optimization
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 10+ years in marketing within life sciences or bioprocessing, with expertise in chromatography or downstream bioprocessing preferred
- proven experience in global product commercialization, digital marketing, and AI tools
