Pay: $46.00-$48.00 per hour for full-time committed position OR $20/hour on call rate + attractive per visit rate - willing to negotiate a flex schedule that works for you

Extended Hours Hospice Nurse

• Telephone triage during time that the office is not open
• Must live within 30 minutes of Marlboro

• Weekday and Weekend nights 5pm-8:30am

• Provide scheduled and PRN visits for admission, recertification, discharge, symptom management, RN pronouncement of death, and other needs as assigned.

• Registered Nurse licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in Good Standing
• Prior experience as a nurse working for a licensed hospice
• Willingness to travel in your own reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed) within our service area to provide direct care for our patients
• Experience with Point of Care EMR documentation
• Current Certification in CPR /Basic Professional Life Support

• Experience with supervising Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides, and Licensed Practical Nurses
• Certification as a Hospice & Palliative Care Nurse
