• Hiring Range: $38.65 - $78.34 (final offer may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations)

  Sunday through Saturday, Weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

• Shift: 1 - Day Shift, 12 Hours
• Hours per week: 24

• Union: MNA-Marlborough (Massachusetts Nurses Association)
• Signing bonus: may be available; eligibility determined during interview

• Utilize the Nursing Process to deliver and manage patient care from admission to discharge, appropriate to the developmental age of the patient population
• Perform patient assessment/reassessment according to standard procedure
• Develop and coordinate individual plans of care, including discharge planning
• Direct, supervise, coordinate, and evaluate nursing care within the assigned clinical setting
• Delegate appropriately to others in accordance with job description and competency level

• Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration (required)
• BLS required for all RNs unless ACLS certification is current, plus any unit‑specific certifications and competencies (required)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing highly preferred (preferred)

• Thorough knowledge of the discipline of Nursing (required)
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted if certification, licensure, or registration is not required

• Work considered medium
• Position requires work indoors in a patient‑care environment
