The Quality Manager provides hands-on leadership to cross-functional teams, champions continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities

+ Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects using tools such as FMEA, SPC, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
+ Drive robust root cause investigations and implement effective corrective and preventive action (CAPA) to prevent recurrence of issues.
+ Plan, conduct, and oversee internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and other applicable requirements.
+ Coordinate timely resolution of audit findings and track closure of corrective actions to maintain a compliant and effective quality system.
+ Collect, analyze, and report quality performance metrics, including line acceptance rates (LAR) and customer returns, to support data-driven decision-making.

+ Collaborate with operations, engineering, and other functions to integrate quality requirements into new and existing products and processes.
+ Use statistical tools such as SPC and Cpk to monitor process capability and drive process improvements.
+ Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, audit reports, and corrective action records.
+ Communicate quality performance, risks, and improvement plans clearly and effectively to leadership and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
+ Minimum 7 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
+ Thorough knowledge of quality systems and quality management principles, particularly ISO 9001.
