• Receive, safely clean, and inspect returned units, assessing complaint records to assign codes and identify potential adverse events.
• Organize the Post Market Surveillance (PMS) lab, manage supply inventory, perform timely equipment calibrations, and execute preventive maintenance.
• Actively support product investigations and collaborate with Tech Support and Field Service to ensure all critical complaint information is accurately documented.
• Promote Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs, support departmental improvement projects, and complete all tasks on time to meet defined KPIs.
