- Pay Rate: $28.00 / Hour (USD)

This Engineering Technician role supports post-market surveillance (PMS) laboratory operations within a medical device environment, with responsibilities spanning returned product inspection, complaint processing, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and inspect returned products.
- Assess complaint records to assign codes and determine if there is any potential adverse event associated to the complaint.
- Support product investigations when a complaint issue is found.
- Actively support the investigators and other team members when additional help is needed.
- Work with Tech Support and/or Field Service to ensure appropriate required information is documented in complaint.
- Ensure that the PMS Lab is properly organized and cleaned.
- Ensure Calibrations are conducted on time.
- Execute and/or ensure execution of Preventive Maintenance on the PMS Lab Equipment.
- Complete all the assigned tasks on time to comply with the defined KPIs.
- Ensure availability of laboratory supplies and tools.
- Support Improvement Projects in the PMS department/laboratory.
- Support and promote the implementation of EHS programs to ensure people's safety and environmental health.
- Move returned units from the receiving to the Post Market laboratory.
- Conduct the cleaning process of returned complaint-related units.

- Risk analysis approach (decision making).
- English language proficiency.
- Microsoft Office.
- Technician educational program completed (350 studying hours) or 30% of a bachelor's degree in an engineering career or similar.
