Final Inspector

Our client, a leading medical manufacturing organization, is seeking a In Process Final Inspector to join their team. As a In Process Final Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting manufacturing and inspection teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and strong communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform detailed reviews of Device History Records (DHRs) during final inspection and product release activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with documentation standards.

+ Conduct reviews of manufacturing records for replacement components, subassemblies, and in-process inspections to verify adherence to quality requirements.

+ Support manufacturing personnel by documenting Failure Investigation Reports and processing Non-Conforming Materials within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, including identification, quarantine, and documentation.

+ Perform routine inspections, including field service and special inspections, to support validations, studies, and incoming inspection activities.

+ Communicate and reinforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to manufacturing teams to uphold quality standards and ensure compliance.

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or equivalent technical education preferred.

+ Minimum of 3 to 5 years of related Quality Inspection experience in a medical manufacturing environment.

Experience with Oracle and Agile systems is preferred.

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documentation and inspection processes.

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make informed decisions.
