Quality Technician

Westaff is looking for a Quality Technician in the Marlborough, MA Area for Immediate Start!

Location: Marlborough, MA

Pay: $28.50/hour

Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

In this role, you'll help ensure product quality by evaluating returned products, documenting findings, and working with different teams to determine potential root causes. If you're organized, curious, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and evaluate returned product complaints.
• Perform initial testing and root cause investigations.
• Enter complaint information into the GCMS database.
• Maintain product traceability throughout the investigation process.
• Work with other departments to gather information needed to complete investigations.
• Review and submit complaint files for approval.
• Suggest improvements to complaint handling processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience in quality, manufacturing, laboratory, or medical device environments preferred.
• Comfortable working with databases and documentation systems.
