Back Of House Lead Supervisor

Job Overview

• We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Back of House Lead Supervisor position.
• Location:
  
  TJX - 300 Value Way, Marlborough, Massachusetts 01752 (online applications only).
• Schedule:
  
  Full time – Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 3:30 pm;
  Friday, 6:00 am to 1:30 pm. More details upon interview.
• Pay Range: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour.
• Requirements:
  Prior food service experience is required.

Supervises hourly associates to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Assist in ordering and keeping inventory of products.
• Maintain product cost and labor cost according to budget.
• Supervise and train hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.
• Maintain consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
• Follow principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
