The starting hourly rate is $18.00 USD per hour. The pay range is $18.00 USD - $27.00 USD per hour.

We are looking for individuals who are excited to work in a fun and energetic environment, provide excellent service to guests, and are passionate about stocking, setting, and selling Target products. We offer amazing training to help teach everything you need to know.

From a get-go, we expect you to have a welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members, learn and adapt to current technology needs, work both independently and with a team, resolve guest questions quickly on the spot, and pay attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.

We also expect you to accurately handle cash register operations, climb up and down ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds, and maintain a flexible work schedule and regular attendance.
