Account Manager - Temp to hire

Responsible for an assigned territory and customer base with the ultimate goal of increasing new and existing revenue streams. Build a successful sales pipeline and partner with Field Sales as the voice of the customer to identify opportunities to grow and retain business.

Pay Rate:
$22-24/Hr + Commission

Monday - Fridays 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
• Maintain a monthly sales goal and work on quotes and customer requests by suggestive selling
• Enter orders, close sales, and achieve quarterly quotas
• Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and work with field sales representatives to develop accounts
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Team with partners to build pipelines and close deals soliciting new contacts within new and existing accounts (i.e., Engineers, Buyers, and Requisition s)
• Expediting or preventative expediting for your customers when necessary
• Learn and understand customer needs and requirements
• Attend seminars and trade shows if applicable
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure
• Strong phone presence
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Solid verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
