Sales Support Specialist

No Cold Calling | Warm Leads | Existing Customers | Temp-to-Hire

We re seeking a Sales Support Specialist to support existing customers, follow up on inbound inquiries and warm leads, and help identify additional solutions that can benefit clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, banking, or administrative experience who enjoys building relationships and delivering great service.

• $22-$24/hour + commission
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No cold calling
• Warm leads provided
• Opportunity for long-term growth

• Follow up on inbound inquiries and sales leads
• Support existing customer accounts and respond to requests
• Prepare quotes and process orders
• Build relationships with customers and identify additional sales opportunities
• Partner with the outside sales team to support account growth
• Manage customer information and activity within company systems
• Coordinate order updates and customer communications
• Help grow business within existing accounts through consultative conversations

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, call center, administrative support, or another client-facing role
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and desire to grow professionally
• Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
