Sales for Vicks, Braun, Honeywell & PUR

you will be doing
As a Sales Coordinator, you will have direct account management responsibility to drive sales across the Wellness brand portfolio – Vicks, Braun, Honeywell & PUR. Great opportunity for a self-starter who is looking for direct account responsibility. To be successful in the role, candidate needs to be results-oriented, customer-focused, organized, collaborative and excited to solve problems. Sales Coordinator will support broader Wellness sales team as needed.
Direct day-to-day account responsibility, managing multiple accounts across Wellness brand portfolio. Manage and liaison with sales representative agencies as needed. Partner with demand planning to deliver forecast to budget goals. Responsible for all account details, including trade management. Serve as the internal voice of the customer, translating needs into actionable plans and supporting flawless execution. Lead account line reviews by gathering and organizing information from internal Helen of Troy teams.
Prepare materials for customer meetings, including sales decks, performance reports, and promotional calendars. Track and report on sales performance using customer portals and third-party data, such as Circana, Nielsen or IRI. Manage new item setup, portal updates, and ensure timely execution of operational tasks. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and drive smooth execution. Identify and recommend process improvements with a proactive, solution-oriented, and creative mindset.
Proactively flagging issues and collaborate with VP Sales to resolve customer-related challenges. Perform other sales team duties assigned by the Sales VP.
Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook. Familiarity with third-party data tools such as Circana, Nielsen or IRI.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2+ years of experience in sales support or account coordination. This role requires reliable transportation to travel to various store locations; a valid driver's license may be required depending on region and personal insurance. Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

In Massachusetts, the standard base pay range for this role is $65,229 - $70,000 annually. This base pay range is specific to Massachusetts and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
