Security Officer Patrol Driving

Position: Security Officer Patrol Driving Role
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities within a retail location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through appropriate communication channels.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity, and document observations in a timely manner.;
Support retail operations by assisting with crowd management, directional guidance, and/or de-escalation during busy periods, special events, and other customer-facing situations.
