Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a retail location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site guidelines;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential policy violations;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter unauthorized access, loitering, and/or disruptive behavior while maintaining a professional presence;
Assist with access control, crowd monitoring, and/or directional support during peak business hours, special events, and other busy periods at the location
