Flex Security Officer

Securitas is seeking a reliable Flex Security Officer to provide on-site protective services across multiple client locations. In this 24/7 availability role, you will perform foot and/or vehicle patrols, control access, monitor for safety and security risks, and respond to incidents according to site post orders. You will complete detailed incident and activity reports, communicate clearly with clients and supervisors, and deliver professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible security presence at client sites to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
• Perform foot and/or vehicle patrols, monitoring facilities, doors, and sensitive areas.
• Control access by checking badges, IDs, and visitor credentials and maintaining logs.
• Monitor security systems and cameras as required and respond to alarms and incidents.
• Complete clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports.
• Respond to emergencies, follow post orders, and coordinate with supervisors and public safety as needed.
• Deliver professional, courteous customer service to clients, employees, and visitors.
• Adapt to different post assignments and schedules, maintaining 24/7 availability and reliability.
• Follow all safety, security, and confidentiality procedures and company policies.
