• Establish a working understanding of physical security systems and equipment, focusing on CCTV and the VMS (Video Management System)
• Identify vendors or products providing new technologies in the physical security space
• Assist in reviewing inquiries escalated through multiple channels
• Support the design and review of equipment layouts to ensure they meet TJX standards
• Support the design and installation of new and existing technologies through hands-on opportunities
• Build relationships with vendors and field partners
• Research and test new technologies and provide recommendations to the organization
• Assist with implementation of new and existing CCTV strategies
