* GCSEs in Maths and English (grade C/4 or above)
* Age 16-24 (apprenticeship scheme requirements)
* Enthusiasm to learn and strong work ethic
* Practical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
* Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
* Interest in pursuing plumbing/heating qualifications
What We Offer
* Apprentice wages £15,000-£22,000 (increasing with skill)
